Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RxN Networks LLP (“RxN Networks”, “we”, “us”), the operator of the CarePass membership programme and the website and applications at carepass.in (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CarePass is a paid membership that gives you access to preferential member rates, discounts, and structured benefits at healthcare providers in our partner network, such as diagnostic labs, pharmacies, dental and vision clinics, hospitals, and wellness centres.

CarePass is not an insurance product, health plan, or medical scheme of any kind. We do not assume any risk, settle any claims, or make any payment to providers on your behalf. All payments for healthcare services are made by you directly to the provider at the point of care.

RxN Networks is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice. Partner providers are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they deliver, including their quality, safety, and outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to create an account and purchase a membership. You may add eligible family members to plans that support them; you are responsible for having their consent to share their details with us.

Sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and number secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@carepass.in if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.

Membership plans, their benefits, and their fees are described on the Service at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, a membership is valid for 12 months from activation and fees are payable in advance, inclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or banking details.

Membership fees are non-transferable. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the specific plan terms shown at the time of purchase and by applicable law; contact support@carepass.in for any refund request.

Discounts and savings figures shown on the Service are indicative. Actual benefits vary by plan, provider, service, and city, and apply to the provider’s prevailing rates at the time of use. To receive a member rate you must identify yourself as a CarePass member (for example by showing your digital card) before billing.

The partner network changes over time. Providers may join, leave, or revise the rates and services they offer, and a specific provider, service, or discount may not be available in your location. We aim to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee them.

Certain benefits — such as health check-ups, teleconsultations, and promotional coupons — may carry their own terms, booking conditions, usage limits, or validity periods, which are shown with the benefit and form part of these Terms. Some of these benefits are fulfilled through third-party platforms, and your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms.

Memberships are for personal, non-commercial use by the member and covered family members only. You must not share, resell, or lend your membership or card, misrepresent who is covered, use the Service unlawfully, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend or terminate memberships that breach this section, without refund of fees where the breach is material.

The Service, the CarePass name and marks, and all content we publish are owned by RxN Networks LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as needed to use the Service as intended.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of partner providers, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid to us for the then-current membership term. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will treat active memberships fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified through the Service. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
