Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This policy explains how RxN Networks LLP (“RxN Networks”, “we”, “us”) — the operator of the CarePass membership programme and carepass.in (the “Service”) — collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data, and the choices you have. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

You provide: your name, mobile number, email address, and city when you create an account or join the waitlist; details of family members you add to a plan (with their consent); and information you share when you contact support.

Created when you use the Service: your membership and plan details, benefit and coupon usage, bookings you make (for example health check-ups or teleconsultations), and payment status. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card or banking details.

Collected automatically: device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

2. How we use your information

We use personal data to:

  • create and manage your account, including OTP-based sign-in;
  • provide your membership — issuing your member card, applying benefits, and fulfilling bookings;
  • process payments and maintain transaction records;
  • send service communications such as OTPs, booking confirmations, renewal reminders, and support responses;
  • improve the Service, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • comply with legal obligations.

We send marketing communications only where permitted, and you can opt out of them at any time.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Partner healthcare providers — the details needed to honour your member benefits and fulfil bookings you make (for example your name and membership status);
  • Service providers — companies that help us run the Service, such as payment processors, SMS/OTP delivery, cloud hosting, and analytics, under contracts that limit their use of your data;
  • Fulfilment partners — where a benefit (such as a health check-up or teleconsultation) is delivered through a third-party platform, the information needed to book and deliver it;
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the public, or the Service;
  • Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

4. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and OTP-based authentication — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, and afterwards for periods required by law (for example for tax and transaction records), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data we no longer need to retain, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance about how your data is handled, contact us at support@carepass.in. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to work (such as keeping you signed in) and, where applicable, to understand usage so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Family members below 18 may be covered under a plan only when added by an adult account holder, and we collect only the information needed to provide their benefits.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified through the Service.
